Senior care & hospice Appointments
House call exam: $225
Any additional diagnostics and/or therapies that may be recommended will be discussed with you at the time of the exam. Estimates can be provided at that time, prior to any additional services being performed.
There may be an additional charge for extended travel, pets over 90 lbs, aggressive pets, or appointments outside normal business hours when arranged (normal business hours are M-F, 9 am – 5 pm).
Euthanasia Services
In-home euthanasia service: $375
Includes a discussion with the veterinarian, medication to ensure comfort, and gentle, compassionate euthanasia. The additional cost for the varied cremation services, and optional memorial keepsakes, are detailed below:
*Private Cremation:
- Pets up to 39 lbs: $300
- Pets 40 – 99 lbs: $375
- Pets 100+ lbs: $450
*All private cremation services include your choice of urn (options 1-6 shown below), at no additional cost. Other memorial keepsakes can be added for an additional charge.
Above pricing includes transport to crematorium.
General cremation:
- Pets up to 39 lbs: $200
- Pets 40 – 99 lbs: $275
- Pets 100+ lbs: $325

Additional Fees
To best honor your personal space, our doctors may not arrive with a vet technician. Therefore, if your family has elected cremation for a pet over 40 pounds (or pets over 80 pounds if a vet technician is allowed to be present with the doctor), we may ask your assistance moving your loved one after euthanasia has been performed. If additional help is needed outside what is available in the home, we may request that the crematory come to assist us. In this case, an additional fee will be needed to cover their charge.
There may be an additional charge for extended travel, pets over 90 lbs, or aggressive pets.
Appointments outside of normal business hours, when arranged, will carry an additional fees (normal business hours are M-F, 9 am – 5 pm): Weekend fees can range from $60 – $100. Holiday fees can range from $100 – $200. All weekend and holiday appointments must be arranged for with adequate notice.
Payment Options
To make the experience as peaceful as possible, credit card payment prior to the appointment is generally preferred.
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks.
Most pet insurance companies cover services. We are happy to provide your pets medical records directly to your pet insurance company, upon request.
