Please be advised that once your appointment has been accepted, you will receive an appointment confirmation via text and email 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will also receive an appointment reminder via text and email 2 hours prior to your appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $150.00.
